Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund request must be made within 24 hours of purchasing. Refund request will not be accepted in the time from purchase to contact exceeds 24 hours. Please reach out to our customer service team and they will assist you if you have any further questions.
For pre-order items, please allow at least 16 weeks before your item ships. We will be contacting you throughout the wait period to provide updates on your order as well as other releases. For items in the warehouse, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping (domestic customers). International customers, please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.
We release a new item monthly. We will advertise and specify in the product description whether an item is an item a pre-order or not. Your order and customer satisfaction is always our highest priority, therefore please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions and concerns.
